1. This video.  It made me laugh uncontrollably.  It’s the newscast I always wanted to deliver.  For the record, I accidentally said “shit” twice on-air in my career and let someone yell “Mardi Gras fucking rules” exactly once in my career.

2. I managed to squeeze in derby footwork and jiu-jitsu into the same day.
